Standard charge of new order as follows:
Unit price: US$3/1000 stitches
The minimum charge is US$10 =3300 stitches
The maximum charge is US$100= 33000 stitches
No extra charge for rush jobs.
Other charge:
1. If the quality result in editing, you will not pay. But hope you describe this matter of the logo as clearly as possible, or provide sew out sample to us for reference how to fix.
2. Most of editing is free, except adding or changing parts and so on. We’ll let you know before editing.
3. Customer have their own DST or EMB, however, the quality is poor or very large in editing, so that we have to re-digitized
4.If the logo edited over 5 times, the original file will be free for you.
5. If we send back the completed order over 24 hours, it will be free for you. (except weekends)
Preferential policy:
1. Free quote, format conversion and most of editing.
2.Over one year each time in cooperation, the standard charge will reduce 10%.
3.Keeping customer’s logo forever, free copy at any time.
4. If the actual stitches will be higher than quote stitches, we’ll charge it according to quote stitches.
